Description

Pioneer Wood Glue is a water-based industrial adhesive in D3 classification with an excellent resistance to moisture, water, heat and solvents. It is ideal for bonding all types of wood; whether for interior or exterior use.

Directions for use

Bonding conditions

Wood Temperature: 10-25ºC

Glue Temperature: 5-35ºC

Wood Moisture: 6-12%

 

Method

For brush or glue spreader, with cold or hot

​

Coating Weight: + 200 g/m2

​

Pressing Pressure: 2-10 kg/cm2

​

Open Assembly Time @ 30ºC : + 5 minutes

​​

Closed Assembly Time @ 30ºC:  <10 minutes

​

Pressing Time @ 30ºC: 45 minutes (may vary depending on glue volume and nature of wood substrate)

​

Pressing Time @ 80ºC: Approximately 1 minute

​

Easy water clean-up

Wipe excess glue immediately with a damp cloth. Cured adhesive may be carefully cut away with a sharp-edged tool or sanded.
